Fashion City Dublin
Over 6,500m² of Optimo™ was specified for the walls of the commercial units, with 15,000m² of Kingspan's KS1000 RW roofing panels also supplied. The first phase of the development comprises 23 warehouse and showroom units and a three storey Agent's Office block built around a landscaped courtyard with a cafe. Optimo™ was specified following discussions between client, architects and Kingspan. "We wanted a wall panel that would not only look good but which would provide the necessary thermal insulation and high performance required for commercial buildings" explains Brian Bolger of the architectural practice.
