Against the beautiful backdrop of Wykeham, an area of outstanding natural beauty in North Yorkshire, four commercial buildings have been built, blending in perfectly with the pretty surroundings of sandstone and cedar wood.

The roofs have been constructed from Kingspan KS1000RT Roof Tile, a single component insulated tile panel system that perfectly replicates the look of traditional pantiles, while offering considerably cost and time savings in the construction process.

Offering all the advantages of a traditional clay appearance it is 80% lighter than traditional tile construction. It provides insulation certainty over a building's lifetime and is the only insulated roof tile panel system available in the UK. As a single fix pre-engineered product, it removes all the complexities involved in laying a number of tiles. The panels arrive on site and it is simply a case of fixing and fastening directly onto purlins.

The system is fire engineered and insurer approved firesafe and has been tested and approved to Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB) standards.
