The Kingzip insulated standing seam roof system provides superior weathertightness, thermal, airtightness, fire resistance, structural and durability performance. These combined features facilitate rapid build speed and enhanced site quality enabling Parts L2 and J regulation compliance. The standing seam concept allows it to be utilised on both roof pitches as low as 1.5 degrees with no through fasteners penetrating the external facing, thus maximising weather reliability performance. Available in cover widths of 500mm and 1000mm the system offers designers and planners architectural visual choice.

Kingzip is available in a range of coloured steel or stucco aluminium external facings in panel lengths of up to 26 metres. Stucco aluminium faced panels can be site welded to ensure complete weather integrity.

To complete the Kingzip system Kingspan provide a full range of integrated accessories including fixing clips, barrel vault rooflights, gutters, architectural feature trims, penetration solutions and flashings.

The standing seam joint is ‘fully zipped up’ using 110 volt Power Seamer tools which are available for hire or purchase.
