Fixing Detail:

Purlin Detail
Intermediate Purlin centres must be detailed for fixing purposes for this product.  Maximum purlin centres are 3000mm, subject to project wind loadings.

Fasteners:

Primary
All primary fasteners must be high thread type, manufactured from grade 304 austenitic stainless steel and fitted with 19mm diameter EPDM bonded grade 304 austenitic stainless steel washer and storm washer.
Located on the crown of the profile.

Secondary

Side Laps  
Side laps to be stitched with grade 304 austenitic stainless steel ‘mega’ stitching screw with 19mm diameter bonded washer at max. 300mm centres.

End Laps  
End laps to be tail stitched with grade 304 austenitic stainless steel ‘mega’ stitching screws, complete with 19mm diameter bonded non-ferrous washers, one stitcher per crown, 50mm from end lap.

All fastener heads to be Poppy Red in colour.
