Kingspan Insulated Roof Systems

KS1000 RW Trapezoidal is a through fixed roof system which can be used for building applications with roof slopes of 4° or more.

The system provides insurer approved solutions allowing simple and fast site installation with options of valley or crown fixings using matching colour headed fasteners.

KS1000 RW provides good economics, reliable thermal and air leakage performance with long term lifecycle durability. KS1000 RW is suitable for new build and refurbishment construction.

KS1000 SF Secret Fix is a through fixed roof panel, which can be used for all building applications with a roof slope of 4° or more.

KS 500/1000 ZIP Kingzip® Standing Seam roof system is suitable for applications on roof slopes over 1.5°

The steel faced panel can also be utilised on curved roofs over 125m radius. Kingzip is available in 500mm and 1000mm cover widths. Plain aluminium faced panel end laps can be site welded to provide full continuity of the external weather facing. The simplicity of the system allows rapid site installation and fast project handover.

KS1000 LP Lo-Pitch is a high specification low pitched roof system, which can be used for all applications where the roof slope after deflection is 1.5 degrees or more.

This system provides an economic and fast build alternative solution to conventional multipart standing seam systems and is available in lengths from 1.8 to 28 metres.

KS1000 CR Curved Roof insulated system is a high performance product which is suitable for applications on curved roofs with a minimum radius of 150 metres.

KS1000 TS Slate & Tile Support System provides a superior structural, weathertight, thermal/ low air leakage (Parts L2 & J), safer, fast build platform for the installation of roof tiles or slates.

The rapid installation of KS1000 TS allows the building to be made weathertight at an early stage in the construction programme, accelerating the start and completion of internal fit-out trades and enabling earlier client handover.

Kingspan Roof Tile looks like a traditional tiled roof but it’s a modern Kingspan insulated panel with a shaped exterior that performs better than any tiling system.

The insulation is built-in and can be used for any domestic or commercial building with a roof pitch of 12° or more. The traditional look hides a sophisticated system that is easy to construct and complies with all contemporary building standards. It is also LPCB approved to LPS 1181.

Kingspan Polycarb Rooflight allows natural light to burst into buildings, this transparent trapezoidally profiled system is robust enough to maintain thermal insulation and protect against weathering.

Developed to complement the KS1000 RW and SF roofing systems, the KS1000 Polycarb Rooflight is UV resistant, lightweight and offers a life expectancy of up to 25 years. This product is suitable for applications on roofed buildings for the commercial, retail, educational and healthcare building sectors among others.

Kingspan Envirodek™ is a structural green roof solution which provides excellent structural performance whilst removing the need for secondary steelwork.

Kingspan Envirodek™ is the ideal solution for both intensive and extensive green roofs as well as brown roof solutions. The system can also be used to create curved roofs down to 15m concave and 30m convex radius, combining versatility with high-level durability and thermal performance, and can support loads of up to 500 kg/m² at 2.5m double spans.

Kingspan EnergiPanel™ is a new innovative insulated solar air heating system designed for roof and wall applications as a supplement to the main heating system.
