Market leader Kingspan Insulated Panels has introduced a new complete wall and façade system. Kingspan WoodTherm combines an insulated panel system with a natural wood veneer laminate cladding, offering high thermal performance with design flexibility.

Kingspan WoodTherm offers an ideal solution for everything from apartments or offices, as well as retail, educational and health projects and is suitable for refurbishment, as well as new build.

Kingspan WoodTherm is available in six different woodgrain finishes, from light tones akin to pine through to richer shades, ensuring a versatile way to enhance visual impact. These are real wood veneers sourced from sustainable forests giving a natural variation of grain, as opposed to the repetitive patterning common in products that use photographic representations of timber.

Underneath this attractive façade lies a high performance insulated panel, with factory formed jointing to ensure a low air leakage rating and a PIR ECOsafe low GWP insulating core that can achieve U-values as low as 0.23 W/m²K.

Kingspan WoodTherm can only be installed as a secret fix system which allows a smooth façade with all panel fasteners hidden from view. It is also easily integrated with other elements such as doors, windows, brickwork or stonework.

The system is also easy to install, with minimal training needed. Installation times are greatly reduced compared to some other cladding solutions, allowing a weatherproof envelope to be quickly formed. Furthermore, Kingspan’s Field Services team can provide relevant training, and is dedicated to ensuring installation goes smoothly. A full customer care package is completed by the envirocare technical services team. They can provide expert advice on matters such as regulatory compliance, sustainability and environmental assessments to all Kingspan customers.
