An unusual but interesting calculation! Who would have thought that’s what makes a HD TV.

Robert Goodall of RPS Planning and Design Ltd received an extra Christmas present in the form of a brand new HD flat screen TV thanks to his calculation skills when taking part in the Kingspan Envirocare Technical Services competition.

Advertisements featured throughout the trade and technical press for ‘Envirocare Technical Services’, the new bespoke calculation service from Kingspan Insulated Panels, contained a Sudoku puzzle for entrants to complete and the winner was drawn at random

Robert Goodall said “I’m thrilled with my TV, it was just what I needed and having a new TV gave me a great excuse for putting my feet up over the Christmas break.”

Available free to all Kingspan customers, a compliance service using IES “Virtual Environment” software which has been approved by the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) for use in calculating the energy performance of buildings for the purposes of ADL2A is available through Envirocare Technical Services based at Holywell, and has already seen a number of projects successfully underway.
