Kingspan Complete Solution For Gutters

The Kingspan Membrane Lined Insulated Gutter is a gutter system that fits Kingspan systems. The system is available in lengths of up to 6 metres with half the number of lifts and joints, meaning that fixers can install the gutter in half the time. The composite structure of the gutter makes it very lightweight yet strong and durable, and it is suitable for most boundary wall and valley gutter applications.

The external steel facing is coated with a weatherproof PVC membrane, which, when hot air welded on site between gutter sections, creates a completely seamless construction and an integral weatherproof barrier. Additionally, a choice of PIR insulation thicknesses allows compliance with the required u-value or pre-melt value.

Importantly, the product has passed a number of tests to prove durability and performance. It has achieved Class B in a test to ACR[M]001:2005 standards for non-fragility, and is capable of withstanding temporary installation foot traffic and long-term dead/live loads. The closed-cell PIR insulation core has LPCB approval to LPS 1181 EXT-B, offering FIREsafe performance and peace of mind.

The Kingspan Membrane Lined Gutter System is manufactured to customer’s specific requirements. Kingspan provide a complete gutter solution, with components such as internal and external corners, T-sections, outlets and overflows available, many of which are in stock and can be supplied next-day, or made to order to meet specific design demands and individual project deadlines.
