The Kingspan Modular Box is a flat pack walk in cold store that combines very high levels of guaranteed performance with ease of assembly and a fully supported fast track service.
The complete box solution can be specified in any colour, including a stainless steel finish, and also offers a choice of thickness, floors, flat or multiple ribbed wall profiles, and a range of doors.
Available as either Kingspan’s well tried PIR Camlock system or as a continuous system, the Modular Box features a zero ODP high performance insulation core, and can provide the optimum level of thermal efficiency and fire protection for every application. The panels from which the Modular Box systems are manufactured have an ECOsafe and FIREsafe PIR insulation core and are also fibre-free, removing the risk of loose fibres being released and making the Modular Box eminently suitable for all cold store applications, including food storage or other clean room facilities.
As an added bonus the product can be selected from standard stock sizes, or manufactured to individual specifications to suit every chilled application. Standard sizes can be shipped within 48 hours. But, if something a bit out of the ordinary is required, a bespoke design service is also available, with individual commissions being ready in less than a week. The product arrives flat packed with a full set of instructions for easy and rapid installation; no cutting or drilling is required.
