The technical expertise is available "on-line", "on-site" and "on call" to meet planned and unplanned needs. E-mail, FaxBack and Disc exchange communications are extensively utilised to speed up communications with precise accuracy.

Site installation training services are available to installation contractors. Modern training facilities at Holywell allow "in-house" training to testing and research facilities include extensive laboratory; structural testing; vacuum test beds and many other product developments and testing equipment.
